To dream of traveling the world is one thing, but having that dream as a third world passport holder is another story! Oftentimes, we Filipinos are required to apply and obtain a Visa before we could set our foot in most countries. While it can be difficult to get one, there are still countries Filipinos can visit Visa-free and fortunately, they are some of the most beautiful in the world!

On this list, there are over 60 countries, Filipinos can travel to, Visa-free, Visa On Arrival, and with an E-Visa! Note that there are differences between them which will be explained in each section as follows;

COUNTRIES FILIPINOS CAN TRAVEL TO, VISA-FREE, VISA-ON-ARRIVAL, AND WITH AN E-VISA

Visa-free

Filipinos only need their Philippine Passport to travel to Visa-free countries as follows;

Barbados – up to 90 days
Bolivia – up to 90 days
Brazil – up to 90 days
Brunei Darussalam – up to 14 days
Cambodia – up to 30 days
Colombia – 90 days, (can be extended for another 90 days)
Costa Rica – 30 days, (can be extended for additional 90 days)
Côte d’Ivoire – up to 90 days
Dominica – up to 21 days
Fiji – up to 4 months
Gambia – up to 90 days
Haiti – up to 3 months
Hong Kong – up to 14 days
Indonesia – up to 30 days
Israel – up to 3 months
Kazakhstan – up to 30 days
Laos – up to 30 days
Macao – up to 30 days
Malaysia – up to 30 days
Micronesia – up to 30 days
Mongolia – up to 21 days
Morocco – up to 90 days
Myanmar – up to 14 days

Visa On Arrival

Literally as the name suggests, you get a Visa upon Arrival at your point of entry to the following countries;

Armenia – up to 120 days
Azerbaijan (only for Filipinos with UAE residence permit)
Benin – up to 8 days (must have an international vaccination certificate)
Cape Verde
China (only available in Shenzhen province, but you must have previously issued Chinese Visa)
Comoros – up to 45 days
Guinea-Bissau – up to 90 days
Iran – up to 30 days
Kenya – up to 3 months
Kyrgyzstan – up to 1 month (VOA only available at Manas International Airport)
Madagascar – up to 90 days
Malawi – up to 30 days (can be extended for a total of 90 days)
Maldives – up to 30 days
Marshall Islands – up to 90 days
Mauritania (available at Nouakchott–Oumtounsy Airport)
Mauritius – up to 60 days
Mozambique – up to 30 days
Nepal – up to 90 days
Nicaragua – up to 90 days
Palau – up to 30 days
Pakistan (only applicable if you have an Electronic Travel Authorization for business purposes)
Papua New Guinea – up to 60 days
Saint Lucia – up to six (6) weeks
Samoa – up to 60 days
Senegal – up to 90 days
Seychelles – up to 30 days (can be extended for 3 months up to a total of 1 year)
Somalia – up to 30 days (available at Bosaso, Galcaio, and Mogadishu Airport)
Sri Lanka – up to 30 days
Tanzania – up to 3 months
Timor-Leste – up to 30 days
Togo – up to 7 days
Trinidad and Tobago
Tuvalu – up to 1 month
Uganda
Zambia – up to 90 days (within 12 months period)

E-Visa

Visas are still required to enter these countries, but it can be easily obtained online which is a lot more convenient than applying for a Visa at the Embassy. Countries that offers an E-Visa scheme are the following;

Antigua and Barbuda – up to 90 days
Armenia – up to 120 days
Benin – up to 30 days (must have an international vaccination certificate)
Djibouti – up to 31 days
Ethiopia – up to 90 days (only available at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport)
Gabon – (only available at Libreville International Airport)
Georgia – up to 30 days (within a 120-day period)
Guinea – up to 90 days
Guinea-Bissau – up to 90 days
India – up to 60 days (only at designated air/seaports, read this: Indian E-Visa Guide)
Kenya – up to 3 months
Kyrgyzstan – up to 1 month – e-Visa holders must arrive at Manas Airport, Osh Airport or through land crossings with China (at Irkeshtam and Torugart), Kazakhstan (at Ak-jol, Ak-Tilek, Chaldybar, Chon-Kapka), Tajikistan (at Bor-Dobo, Kulundu, Kyzyl-Bel) and Uzbekistan (at Dostuk)
Lesotho – up to 30 days
Madagascar – up to 90 days
Malawi – up to 30 days (can be extended for a total of 90 days)
Myanmar – Up to 28 days (if opted for an e-Visa, but Visa-free for 14 days)
Pakistan (only applicable if you have an Electronic Travel Authorization for business purposes)
Papua New Guinea – up to 60 days

Russia – up to 16 days (e-Visa holders must arrive and depart via 29 designated checkpoints, HERE)

NOTE: E-Visa do not label a visa sticker on your passport, some countries require it to be printed out, while others accept even a screenshot of your E-Visa from a mobile phone.
